At the facility, we follow the safe conduct instructions issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, WHO and the Ministry of Health.
Only the resident Guests, the staff and the suppliers may stay on the premises. Non-residents are prohibited from entering the facility.
Shared spaces
Non-cash payment offered.
Keeping a safe distance is required (does not refer to families and people checked into the same room) both during the check-in and when using all the shared spaces.
Hand sanitisers are available.
Rooms
Cleaning the rooms during the Guest’s stay only takes place at their request and in their absence.
Bedclothes as well as hand and bath towels are washed at a high temperature and with proper detergents.
Between individual stays, all the apartments are disinfected.
Once the room has been cleaned, it is secured until the Guest arrives.
